The full membership of MEESC meets at
locations around the Diocese of Minnesota on a weekend
close to the quarters of the solar year:
- Vernal Equinox
(March 22)
- Summer Solstice
(June 21)
- Autumnal Equinox
(September 22)
- Winter Solstice
(December 21) - this meeting is often
delayed into early January
The membership meetings entail an overnight
(usually at the hosting church, but sometimes with hosting
families) and look at diocesan-wide concerns and projects.
The meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend.
The next meeting dates are usually set
about a year in advance. Details on the
next meeting are listed here.
Regional Chapter Meetings
There are many individuals who cannot
attend the longer quarterly membership meetings but
wish to be active at their home congregations or in
their geographic areas. For those individuals, MEESC
has established Regional Chapters. These meetings are
generally on an evening and last only a few hours. Frequency
of meetings is left up to the individual chapters. A
list of the current Regional Chapters is at the right.
