Next Meeting:
Autumnal Equinox 2014

The next MEESC meeting is tentatively scheduled to be held October 3-4, 2014 at the Harries Cabin on Whitefish Lake (near Gordon, WI).

Meeting Schedule:

The meeting begins at Noon on Friday, October 3 and runs to about 1 PM on October 4. You may come for a few hours or the whole time.

Bring a sack lunch for Friday noon and pot-luck food to share for the rest of the meals (Supper on Friday, Breakfast on Saturday, and Lunch on Saturday), plus snacks to share.

We plan to sleep at the cabin (bring sleeping bags and matresses). No overnight housing is available in the area. Please contact Tom Harries (952-884-7993) if you need a place to stay, and tell him what food you will bring to share. Also, please bring a camping chair to augment seating availability.

Tentative Agenda:

This meeting will be a time to share remembrances of the past with a look to how we will function in the future. Please come prepared to share memories of our activities as a commission,
Bring your favorite pictures and memories.

We'll also talk about the future of our website and our green congregations program.
